Service scope
brek assists with hotel search, shortlist generation, and booking orchestration via Slack and a supporting web portal. Availability and price are determined by provider responses.
Payment authorization
A booking charge may be executed only after explicit user confirmation in Slack or portal experience, and only with a valid payment method associated with that user or workspace policy.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund outcomes are governed by each booking provider policy. brek surfaces policy text but is not the merchant of record unless explicitly configured otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unauthorized payment data, misuse workspace credentials, or attempt to bypass booking confirmation safeguards.
