What we collect
brek stores operational data required to process hotel search and booking flows: Slack user ID, thread references, search constraints, booking metadata, and payment method token references.
Payment data
Raw card numbers are not collected in Slack. Payment setup should use provider-hosted fields in the web portal. Only tokenized payment method references and masked card details are retained.
Operational logs
Logs are used for reliability and auditability. Sensitive values should be redacted by default. Access to logs and booking records is restricted to authorized operators.
