How support works

  1. Message @brek in your Slack or Microsoft Teams threadUse the same thread where the booking was discussed so we can review context and act quickly.
  2. Share your booking detailsInclude booking reference, traveler name, and what went wrong (wrong date, cancellation issue, payment issue).
  3. We coordinate resolutionWe work through provider policy, payment state, and available actions to resolve your case.
  4. Receive updates until closureWe post status updates in the same conversation until the issue is completed or next action is clearly handed off.

What to include in your support message

Booking reference

Example: provider confirmation ID or internal booking ID.

What you need

Cancel, change dates, traveler update, payment troubleshooting, or refund status.

Urgency and deadline

For same-day check-in issues, include local time window and impact.

Never share raw card details in Slack or Microsoft Teams. For payment updates, use provider-hosted fields in the secure portal.
